Your Doula Team

Brandy’s journey into birth work began at just 12 years old, when she witnessed the birth of her baby brother. There was something sacred about that moment that stayed with her—a sense of awe, strength, and reverence for the incredible journey of bringing new life into the world. What began as a childhood experience became a lifelong calling, guiding her work in birth and postpartum care for the past 13 years.

Rooted deeply in her faith and shaped by her own journey as a mother of six and grandmother of four, Brandy understands that every mother’s story is different. She believes women carry an incredible strength and wisdom within them, and that, with the right support, they can approach birth with confidence, trust, and a deep connection to themselves and their babies.

Brandy’s approach to birth is gentle, compassionate, and deeply personal. She walks alongside families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum—offering a calm presence, steady guidance, physical comfort, and a listening heart. She believes you deserve to feel supported without judgment, informed without fear, and empowered to make the choices that are right for you and your family.

At the heart of Brandy’s work is a simple belief: you were never meant to walk this journey alone.

Amanda's journey into birth work began with the births of her own four children—each experience shaping her understanding of what it means to be truly supported in labor. Born and raised in Colorado, she and her husband started their family in the Salida/Buena Vista area, surrounded by the calm and beauty of mountain life.

Her first birth unfolded naturally, just as she had hoped. During her second birth, however, a compassionate doctor sat beside her and offered calm, steady encouragement. In that sacred moment, Amanda experienced firsthand how deeply meaningful it is to feel seen, supported, and safe. It revealed how God often works through gentle presence—and it led her to discover the role of a doula: someone who shows up with intention, holds space with care, and trusts in the God-given strength of the birthing woman.

Now serving families throughout Colorado Springs, Amanda feels honored to walk alongside women through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Guided by faith and compassion, her heart is to support families with warmth and respect, helping each one feel confident, empowered, and deeply supported as they welcome new life.
