Educated Momma classes

At Time to Push, we offer childbirth classes designed to be small, intimate, and interactive, allowing us to get to know each family while ensuring everyone feels seen, supported, and included. We teach in a conversational style, encouraging questions, sharing real-life labor experiences, and creating a space where learning is practical, engaging, and empowering.

Class Options:

5-Week Comprehensive Series – $400
This full series includes childbirth education, comfort measures, newborn care basics, postpartum preparation, and infant feeding( taught by our own Amanda, a certified lactation specialist). This series provides a deep, holistic foundation to prepare your body, mind, and heart for birth and beyond.

 

3-Week Childbirth-Only Series – $300
If you prefer to focus solely on childbirth preparation, this shorter session covers anatomy, stages of labor, comfort measures, advocacy language, and more—giving you the tools and confidence you need for your birth experience.
