As your doula team, we offer comprehensive, personalized support throughout your Pregnancy and childbirth journey.

Pre-Birth Consultation: We will meet with you to discuss your birth plan, preferences, and any specific needs. These visits help us build a relationship and ensure I understand your unique desires for your birth.

Continuous Labor Support: We will be by your side from the start of active labor, offering physical comfort, emotional support, and encouragement.

Personalized Comfort Measures: We will provide tailored comfort measures to ease discomfort during labor, based on your needs and preferences. This also induces a comfort measure kit you can rent out for early labor support.

Partner Support: We ensure your partner is involved and confident in supporting you throughout the process.

One Postpartum Visit: After your birth, we will meet with you to provide support with breastfeeding, bonding, and emotional well-being as you settle into life with your new baby.
